Pengguna Yoodo, sekiranya anda bangun pagi dengan masalah liputan perkhidmatan telco tersebut, anda tak keseorangan. Menurut saluran Twitter rasmi telco tersebut, puluhan pengguna telah mengutuskan aduan tentang kegendalaan servis sejak tengah malam tadi.

Perkara tersebut diperakukan sendiri oleh Yoodo. Tanpa menjelaskan apa yang terjadi, mereka cuma memberitahu yang pasukan teknikal mereka sedang giat menjalankan proses baik pulih.
Sungguhpun kegendalaan servis telco adalah perkara biasa, tapi jika hadir daripada yang jenis MVNO ini, agak sukar kerana bahagian infrastruktur telco ini dikendalikan Celcom. Jika anda pergi ke saluran Twitter Celcom, tiada laporan kegendalaan servis dimaklumkan.

We would like to acknowledge a 2nd disruption in our network services today which occured at 2:55pm.
We have addressed the problem that arose and all network services (voice, data and SMS) are now restored once again. (1/2)
