Sekitar pukul 2.30 petang tadi, ramai pengguna Celcom hilang dari alam maya gara-gara kehilangan sambungan internet mudah alih. Mereka yang mempunyai sambungan kedua atau wifi, membanjiri media sosial dengan persoalan, line internet down ke?

Kesan gangguan ini turut dirasai oleh pengguna Yoodo, yang baru terganggu awal minggu ini. Sehingga waktu artikel ini ditulis, masih tiada kenyataan dari Celcom tentang gangguan kali ini.
Gangguan rangkaian Celcom telah terjadi beberapa kali tahun ini. Antaranya pada 25 Ogos dan 30 Ogos.
Untuk gangguan sebelum ini, Celcom tidak ada memberi sebarang gantirugi kepada pengguna atau rebat untuk pengguna. Sudah terlalu banyak gangguan tahun ini, nampaknya SKMM perlu mengambil tindakan lebih drastik, bukan dengan mendenda syarikat telekomunikasi sahaja.
